• Adding products to your shopping cart
To add a product to your shopping cart select a size and color if required, then click ADD TO CART.
• Coupon code
It is issued on special occasion that allow you to take advantage of exclusive promotions on services and products offered by our store.
• Applying coupon code during your checkout
The coupon code space is shown on the shopping cart page: enter your code and click APPLY CODE to calculate your new total.
• Buying a electronic gift card
The values of the gift card are in Singapore Dollars.
Select the amount you would like to give. Then add the recipient’s name, email address and a personal message.
The gift card will be emailed to the recipient and a delivery receipt will be mailed to you.
• How to redeem a gift card
The gift card number space is shown on the payment page: enter your gift card number and click APPLY GIFT CARD to redeem and calculate your new total. Your gift card amount will then be automatically deducted as payment on your order and the remaining balance will be displayed on your receipt.
Please note that:
If your order exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift card must be paid by credit or debit card.
Once you have received a gift card, the value will be valid for 12 months. To find out about extending gift card validity date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for a card refund.
• The shopping cart
On the shopping cart page, you can find a variety of shipping method. The total amount of the order that you see on the shopping cart page will be the final amount for which you will be charged.
• Completing your order
In order to complete your order, you must select a payment mode in the payment page.
Please remember to verify all details of your order before you make your payment. Once an order is completed, it cannot be modified in any way.
Your purchase is complete when you are brought to our thank-you page, where you will find your order number and details. Within a few minutes you will also receive an e-mail confirming your order.
- How: Use measuring tape or string to measure the length by wrapping around just below your wrist bone. When measuring your wrist, stay as close to your hand as possible.
Compare your measurement with the chart below which can be used as a guide to determine your bracelet size. When ordering, you can also leave your exact wrist size in either centimeters or inches on the message box. Please also specify if you prefer your bracelet to fit you nicely or a little loose.
TO PLACE AN ORDER
To make a purchase, simply ‘Add to Cart’ for the selected item. Review the item(s) in your cart before making the payment for your order. You can edit the quantity or remove products from your shopping cart. Click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your order. A copy of your receipt and order number will be emailed to you within 1-2 hours after placing your order.
TRACK MY ORDER
You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Enter the tracking number that you received via email in the Track your Order page. If you are a registered user, you can find all information related to the order in your My Account page.
MODIFY MY ORDER
Once the order and payment have been completed, you will not be able to make any amendment to the details.

If you order has not been received within the expected period, we suggest that you:
Check the order status – in the My Account section for the registered users.
Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct. In the case of a missed delivery, a notice card will be left by the courier service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
• Credit/ Debit card
You can use both credit and debit card to pay through Paypal, even if you do not have a Paypal account. Your card must have a Visa or Mastercard logo to qualify.
• Direct bank transfer – for Singapore only
Local bank payment are to be made within 24 hours. Using the Order ID as the payment reference, email us at email@example.com with the following details stated below.
iBanking nick, transaction reference number, date and time of transfer.
Attach a clear snapshot of your transaction receipt in the email.
To ensure that you do not experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.
• Singapore Shipping
Standard Delivery: Free.
Standard Plus*: SGD $3.80.
Express*: SGD $15.00.
• International Shipping
Similarly, there are three different types of shipping mode, Standard Delivery, Standard Plus* and Express*. Shipping rates will be dependent on the final destination.
* Tracking number will be provided and it may takes up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Standard Delivery: The package will be mail to your letter box. Delivery takes 2 – 7 working days.
Standard Plus**: Delivery takes 2 – 3 working days.
Express**: Delivery on the same day after mailing.
Standard Delivery: Delivery takes 3-10 working days.
Standard Plus**: Delivery takes 3-12 working days.
Express**: Delivery takes 1-7 working days.
** The package will be brought to your doorstep. Only in the case whereby you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service, and you will have to pick up the package from the Post Office.

All the exchanges and returns are done on a case to case basis. Exchanges for design will strictly not be entertained.
We apologize if we had sent you a defective or incorrect item. In the case of item defects, you can return the item purchased on our store within 3 days after receiving it. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a snapshot of the area of defect clearly in the email.
If the design that you are requesting for an exchange is in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out with a stamped envelope for the return of the defective piece. In the event, if the design is out of stock, we will make a refund of eligible returns. The refund will only be done if the item is being returned back to us.
The returned item must be in original condition (unused/unwashed) and in their original packaging. The item which does not fulfill these criteria will be rejected.
The returned item are recommended to be sent with a courier that offer tracking service as we will not be responsible if the return item goes missing. The returned item must be delivered to us within 14 days of when you informed us of your decision.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost and you will have to pay for the return shipping cost upfront and at your own expense.
You will be notified if the returned item cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the conditions indicated in the above paragraph. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased item redelivered to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
All sale items are non-exchangeable/refundable.
Preserving The Jewelry
• Not all of our products are tarnish resistant nor it is made of stainless steel. Please keep the items away from perspiration, perfume or any chemicals to preserve the aesthetic integrity of the metal parts.
• Wipe off any moisture including sweat or dirt with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
• Do not wear the jewelry while taking a shower or washing your hand as this will accelerate the deterioration of physical appearance.
• Do no use solvent or chemical including soap for cleaning. This may cause a chemical reaction which results in deterioration of the jewelry.
