FAQ

To make a purchase, simply ‘Add to Cart’ for the selected item. Review the item(s) in your cart before making the payment for your order. You can edit the quantity or remove products from your shopping cart. Click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your order.

(1) A copy of your receipt and order number will be emailed to you within 1-2 hours after placing your order.
(2) Once an order is placed, no additional item(s) can be added to this order. To purchase the additional item(s), simply create a new order.
(3) Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellation of order once the payment is made.
(4) You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Enter the tracking number that you received via email in the Track your Order page. If you are a registered user, you can find all information related to the order in your My Account page.
(5) Please drop us an email at hello@vonyx.co as soon as possible if you would like to amend your shipping address before we shipped your product(s).

Please ensure that the correct item in the correct colors/sizes has been selected before proceeding to check out. We will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed and no exchanges will be allowed if wrong colors/sizes are selected. Please note that all items will only be made within 1-5 days time upon successful payment. We accept Internet Banking (IB)/ ATM transfer / Cash deposit from all local banks and Paypal/Credit Cards (Visa / Mastercard) payments.

Local bank payment is to be made within 24 hours and please use your Order ID as the payment reference and email us at shop@vonyx.co with the following details stated below.

(1) Internet Banking
Please email us your iBanking nick, transaction reference number, date and time of transfer.

(2) ATM transfer / Cash deposit
Please attach a clear snapshot of your transaction receipt in the email.

All delivery mails are handled by SingPost and SpeedPost unless otherwise stated.

Singapore Shipping
(1) Standard Delivery: Free. Delivery takes 2-7 working days.
(2) Standard Plus: SGD $3.80 (tracking number will be provided). Delivery takes 2-3 working days.
(3) Express: SGD $15.00 (tracking number will be provided). Delivery on the same day after mailing.

International Shipping – Rates will be dependent on the final destination
(1) Standard Delivery: Delivery takes 3-10 working days.
(2) Standard Plus: Delivery takes 3-12 working days (tracking number will be provided).
(3) Express: Delivery takes 1-7 working days (tracking number will be provided).

* VONYX are not responsible for loss or damaged parcels that are sent via Standard Delivery as there is no way of tracking your items through this method. We strongly recommend purchasing via Standard Plus/Express, as it is traceable and deliver to your doorstep.

* Any taxes and other duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

(1) Please note that exchanges and returns are done on a case to case basis. Exchanges for design will strictly not be entertained.
(2) We apologize if we had sent you a defective or incorrect item. In the case of item defects, you can return the item purchased on our store within 5 days after receiving it. Kindly email us at hello@vonyx.co and include a snapshot of the area of defect clearly in the email.
(3) If the design that you are requesting for an exchange is in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out with a stamped envelope for the return of the defective piece. In the event, if the design is out of stock, we will make a refund of eligible returns. The refund will only be done if the item is being returned back to us.
(4) The returned item must be in original condition (unused/unwashed) and in their original packaging. The item which does not fulfill these criteria will be rejected.
(5) The returned item(s) are recommended to be sent with a courier that offers tracking service as we will not be responsible if the return item goes missing. The returned item must be delivered to us within 14 days of when you informed us of your decision.
(6) You are responsible for the return shipping cost and you will have to pay for the return shipping cost up front and at your own expense.
(7) You will be notified if the returned item cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the conditions indicated in the above paragraph. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased item redelivered to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
(8) All sale items are non-exchangeable/refundable.

Every jewelry is cover with 12 months warranty. All customer should immediately contact us if there are any manufacturing defects on the jewelry that was present upon receiving the product.

The warranty will not cover the following:
(1) Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, crushing, expose to moisture and alcohol content, etc.)
(2) Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
(3) Aesthetic changes and alteration of the color such as subtle color changes to the plating.
(4) Failure or damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, strike or other acts of God.

To inquire if your jewelry is covered under this warranty, email us at hello@vonyx.co with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand.

(1) Not all of our products are tarnish resistant nor it is made of stainless steel. Please keep the items away from perspiration, perfume or any chemicals to preserve the aesthetic integrity of the metal parts.
(2) Wipe off any moisture including sweat or dirt with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
(3) Do not wear the bracelet while taking a shower or washing your hand as this will accelerate the deterioration of physical appearance.
(4) Do no use solvent or chemical including soap for cleaning. This may cause a chemical reaction which results in deterioration of the bracelet.
(5) Avoid over stretching the elastic bracelet as it may cause it to snap.

Users should agree that all content and data displayed on www.vonyx.co belong solely to Vonyx. We do not allow any reselling of Vonyx products. Permission has to be granted before any reselling can take place.

Contents may be used without prior permission ONLY for personal & non-commercial purposes. However, all users should credit the content to either Vonyx or www.vonyx.co. In addition, all changes & editings to our web content are strictly prohibited.
